2021 - 2022 Product Manager @ LiveControl, LA As a PM at LiveControl, we built the future of content production leveraging robotic cameras and cloud-based computer vision. I was in charge of our core offering, the ‘Studio’, where users produce content using our suite of robotic camera tools.

  • Owner of all PRDs, epics, users stories, acceptance criteria.
  • Product lead to a team of 20+ engineers & designers, running Scrum processes, planning pokers, etc.
  • In charge of product roadmap, developed user story map to align dependencies across teams.
  • Created the information architecture and designed the ‘Studio’ product from the ground up.

2017 - 2019 Head of Product @ Arturo , LA & NYC As a PM at VC-backed Arturo, we set the standard for streaming video on the mobile web. Launched enterprise SaaS video platform targeted to brands and publishers that raised $2M in venture funding and achieved a $350k annual revenue run rate with customers such as Vice Media and NBC. Customers paid for our mobile video experience over Google's free option, allowing our streaming technology to reach millions.

2015 - 2017 Product Manager @ Magic Ledger , NYC Launched enterprise Blockchain startup targeted to game developers.

Magic Ledger set out to build a secure video game economy in a box with web interfaces that allow game developers to easily implement mini apps (think IFTT). Universal, fungible, and programmable digital assets for video games. The primary thesis is that players convert at much higher rates if they know money can be sunk in any participating game. In addition, Magic Ledger provided fraud-proof p2p trading, and unobtrusive yet uncrackable DRM.

What set Magic Ledger apart from the competition was our Proof of Play protocol, a purpose-built system for game currency, with a fixed issuance rate based on real gameplay. Players form a n-dimension redundant P2P overlay mesh network that self organizes around latency and clock accuracy. Every 5 minutes, players perform a low impact calculation and send the result to the next set of peers in the network. Ultimately, servers record what is a cryptographically accurate count of players online at any given time with little backend overhead. Based on player count, an amount of currency will be deposited into a games wallet, for dispersal as the developer wishes.

  • Team comprised of c-level executives from Zynga, Riot, and Valve.
  • Worked with CTO to design and spec our Proof of Play protocol.
